The scenic City of Oregon is nestled along the Rock River at the intersection of Illinois Route 64 and Illinois Route 2. Oregon is a city located in Ogle County, Illinois. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 4,060. It is the county seat of Ogle County.
